Welcoming Andy Seibert to the Level Field Facilities Fund Board of Directors
We’re thrilled to share that Andy Seibert has joined the Board of Directors at Level Field Facilities Fund!
Andy brings a deep commitment to students and families, shaped by over a decade of hands-on leadership in Indianapolis. As Executive Director of KIPP Indy Public Schools, he has helped expand access to high-quality education while supporting schools in growing to meet the evolving needs of their communities.
His journey in education began in the classroom, teaching English in Indianapolis Public Schools and at KIPP Indy. He also served with Teach For America, gaining valuable perspective both as an educator and a system-level leader. His firsthand experience in the classroom and as a system-level leader gives him powerful insight into what schools need to succeed.
